where do you deliver to?
we are currently offering service to the city of vancouver, as well as the north shore. each area has it’s specific delivery day. if you don’t find yourself on our delivery route, or require our service on days that we do not deliver to your area, give us a shout and we will do our best to arrange a delivery for you for an additional charge. info@mealsformums.com or call 778-230 4245. see our map

how do I order?
to place your order, go to the menu page and check out our various food categories. when you see something you like, simply add it to your shopping cart, and complete the form.
is there a minimum amount i have to order ?
no, there is no minimum. delivery is free when you spend over $100. otherwise there is a $5 delivery charge.
how do i pay?
you can safely enter your visa or mastercard details using our secure server.
we use paypal as our preferred method of payment as it's safe, reliable and widely recognised; and don't worry, you no longer need a paypal account to pay with paypal! for more information about paypal, check out their website: www.paypal.com.
if you prefer not to use paypal, simply call in your order to 778-230-4245 with your visa or mastercard and we can safely process your payment over the telephone.
when will my food arrive?
we deliver our meals between 2 pm and 5 pm. if you would like food delivered outside of these times, or if you need it to arrive at a specific time please contact us for special arrangements. info@mealsformums.com or call 778-230 4245.
what if I’m not home when my food arrives?
your meals are carefully packaged in glass pyrex dishes, and kept insulated for delivery in a cooler bag with an ice pack. meals can be delivered to your home, office or even daycare.
how are these meals packaged?
we’ve been hearing lately about the potential dangers of keeping food in plastic containers – for fear of toxins leaching into the foods. These effects can be exacerbated when food is heated in a microwave in plastic containers. we’re also keen on recycling, which is why we give you the option to have your food packaged in pyrex containers. to keep the meals cool until they reach you, the meals are kept in a cooler bag with an ice pack. click here to read the smart plastics guide.
how do I prepare my meal?
the meals come fully prepared for your convenience. all you have to do is heat it up either in the oven or the microwave, simply follow the instructions on the dish and away you go.
what do I do with my cooler bag and pyrex?
when you're finished with your cooler bag and pyrex simply leave it on your door step on your next delivery day. when we come by to drop off your new order, we'll collect your old cooler bag and glassware, and credit your meals for mums account. you will be able to see your balance whenever you login.
what happens to my deposit if i don't intend to order for a while?
you can choose to either hold on to your bag and dishes (they actually are quite handy). otherwise, email us on info@mealsformums.com and we will arrange to pick up your pyrex and coolerbag and we will refund you your deposit immediately.
