  1. somtimes it seems impossible not to eat in the car or over the kitchen sink, but it's really worth it to take a few minutes sit down at the table,
    clear away the clutter and create a nice clear space to enjoy your meal.
  2. use this moment to adknowledge that you are about to eat, take a deep breathe, anticipate your yummy meal and take a second to feel gratitude for your meal and your day.
  3. chew your food slowly and thoroughly, helping your body digest in the most efficient way, plus it enables you to enjoy all the flavours and textures
  4. notice how you are feeling and practice listening to your body's clues
    and finsh eating when you have had enough

eating awareness if also a great use meal time as a mind and body restorative break.
